Do I have to pay sales tax?

The answer to this question is conditional:

  • No, you do not have to pay sales tax if you live outside the state of Texas.
  • Yes, you do have to pay sales tax if you live within the state of Texas.
  • If you live within the state of Texas and are a reseller, and have a reseller certificate, then you do not have to pay sales tax.
