How do I start recording on my Falco Pro Series DVR?

The DVR will start recording in Alarm, Motion, and Continuous recording modes by default as soon as cameras are attached. This will be represented by a blinking Normal Rec light on the front of the DVR. If the light is not blinking, or if are getting an HDD Fail error message along the bottom of the screen, you will need to follow the procedure outlined in the My Falco Pro Series DVR is displaying an HDD * Fail error message article.
