RMA
From Luxor Help
RMA is short for a Return Merchandise (or Material) Authorization. RMA numbers are issued by Luxor Direct for approved instances in which a customer is required to return or exchange an item. A returned package must have the applicable RMA or case number on the box for it to be accepted for return. For more details, see Luxor Direct's return policy. RMA's are handled on a first come first served basis and typically take 4 - 7 business days to complete. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees for any returns and exchanges. See the shipping article for more details.
Obtaining an RMA Number
Customers who wish to return or exchange an item should first contact the technical support department for troubleshooting to determine if the item is indeed defective and if it needs to be replaced. Customers who simply want to swap out one item for another should go through this same procedure.
